Dual Fluid unit with direct expansion, air-condensation and double circuit: one with direct expansion and air-condensing, and one with chilled water.
The two circuits are separate and with non-simultaneous start-up, for internal back-up.
The TOP range is equipped with EC Inverter Plug-Fans; High Head fans are available as accessories.
The EC Inverter Plug-Fans allow fuel consumption at partial loads to be reduced by up to 61% compared to centrifugal fans, modulating the power consumption according to the required thermal load.
The TOP range is available in two air delivery configurations: TOPT with upflow and TOPB with downflow.
Unit supervision is developed by means of Modbus RTU protocol over RS485
serial interface as standard configuration. Other communication protocols and
interfaces are available as option.
The units are suitable for operation at a high outdoor air temperature (up to 52 C) with the correct combination with the XT remote condensers.
